My name is Rusty Qualls, and I’m running for Shelby County Mayor because I believe it’s time for leadership that listens, leadership that serves, and leadership that delivers results for the people.

I was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and raised in Greenville; I now proudly call Tennessee home. I know what it means to work hard, to rise above challenges, and never to forget where you come from. My journey from small-town roots to building a business and now seeking public office has always been guided by faith, determination, and a deep love for my community.

I’m not a career politician. I’m a community member, a small business owner, and a father who wants better for our families: better schools, safer streets, affordable living, and honest government. I’ve seen the potential of Shelby County, and I know that, together, we can unlock it.
